1. Kabul

Veyra Media uygulamasını ("Uygulama") indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulamayı kullanmayın. Bu koşullara ek olarak Apple'ın Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi (EULA) da geçerlidir.

2. Hizmetin tanımı

Veyra Media bir medya oynatıcısıdır. Uygulama hiçbir kanal, film, dizi, yayın veya çalma listesi içermez ve sağlamaz. Yalnızca kullanıcının kendisinin eklediği M3U/M3U8 bağlantılarını ve Xtream Codes sunucu bilgilerini oynatır.

3. Kullanıcının sorumluluğu

• Uygulamaya eklediğiniz içeriklere erişmek ve bunları izlemek için gerekli yasal haklara sahip olmaktan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
• Uygulamayı telif haklarını veya yürürlükteki mevzuatı ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
• Eklediğiniz sunucuların erişilebilirliği, kalitesi ve içeriği üzerinde kontrolümüz yoktur ve bunlardan sorumlu değiliz.

4. Satın almalar

• Uygulamanın temel özellikleri ücretsizdir. Ek özellikler tek seferlik uygulama içi satın almalarla sunulur. Abonelik veya otomatik yenileme yoktur.
• Premium (Ömür Boyu): Premium özellikleri açar; aynı Apple Kimliği ile iPhone, iPad ve Apple TV'de geçerlidir. iPhone/iPad'de reklamları da kaldırır.
• Reklamsız: yalnızca iPhone/iPad uygulamasındaki reklamları kaldırır; Apple TV'de sunulmaz.
• Ödemeler Apple Kimliğinize bağlı ödeme yöntemiyle Apple tarafından alınır. Fiyatlar App Store'da gösterildiği gibidir ve ülkeye göre değişebilir.
• İade talepleri Apple'ın politikalarına tabidir ve reportaproblem.apple.com üzerinden yapılır.
• Satın almalarınızı Uygulamadaki "Satın Alımları Geri Yükle" seçeneğiyle aynı Apple Kimliği kullanılan cihazlarda geri yükleyebilirsiniz.

5. Fikri mülkiyet

Uygulamanın adı, logosu, tasarımı ve yazılımı geliştiriciye aittir. Uygulamayı kopyalamak, değiştirmek, tersine mühendislik yapmak veya yeniden dağıtmak yasaktır.

6. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı ya da her yayın biçimiyle uyumlu olacağı garanti edilmez.

7. Sorumluluğun sınırlandırılması

Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde geliştirici; Uygulamanın kullanımından, kullanılamamasından veya kullanıcı tarafından eklenen içeriklerden doğan doğrudan ya da dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.

8. Gizlilik

Kişisel verilerinizi nasıl işlediğimiz Gizlilik Politikası'nda açıklanmıştır.

9. Değişiklikler ve fesih

Bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz; güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfadadır. Koşulları ihlal etmeniz halinde Uygulamayı kullanma hakkınız sona erebilir.

10. Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using the Veyra Media app (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies in addition to these terms.

2. Description of the service

Veyra Media is a media player. The App does not contain or provide any channels, movies, series, streams or playlists. It only plays M3U/M3U8 links and Xtream Codes server details that you add yourself.

3. Your responsibility

• You alone are responsible for having the legal rights to access and watch the content you add to the App.
• You agree not to use the App in any way that infringes copyright or violates applicable law.
• We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the availability, quality or content of the servers you add.

4. Purchases

• The App's core features are free. Additional features are offered as one-time in-app purchases. There are no subscriptions or auto-renewals.
• Premium (Lifetime): unlocks Premium features and is valid on iPhone, iPad and Apple TV with the same Apple ID. On iPhone/iPad it also removes ads.
• Ad-Free: removes ads in the iPhone/iPad app only; it is not offered on Apple TV.
• Payments are charged by Apple to the payment method linked to your Apple ID. Prices are as shown on the App Store and may vary by country.
• Refund requests are subject to Apple's policies and can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• You can restore your purchases with "Restore Purchases" in the App on devices using the same Apple ID.

5. Intellectual property

The App's name, logo, design and software belong to the developer. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering or redistributing the App is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

The App is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every stream format.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App or from content added by the user.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always on this page. Your right to use the App may end if you breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
